An interesting take on the transmigration cultivation genre. If you're looking for a quality progression story with plenty of humor mixed in, you should definitely give this a try. I've read 25 chapters (the rest are locked as of posting this review), and it already has a lot of potential.
First off, the cultivation system. It doesn't follow the general trope of cultivation realms (for once), and instead of the usual dao/enlightenment + martial arts combo package that comes with cultivation, the author splits it up into two separate systems, both equally accessible. Not much has been fleshed out yet, but I like what it has so far.
The worldbuilding is solid and pretty realistic, and the result is a world that feels diverse and alive. I've read way too many stories where it just uses some standard template of "cultivation society ruled by the great sects of this and that", so I'm always happy when I see actual creativity.
The overall writing quality is also excellent. The MC is pretty crafty, with some... interesting quirks. I won't spoil too much here, but there are some hilarious moments. There is some mild face-slapping, but it takes the form of scamming and battles of wits, so it's not too cliche there.
There's still much more to talk about, but it's kinda late and I'm tired... sorry guys. I 100% sound like a robot writing this. I'm gonna give up here and say: just go try it for yourself.
Edit: There is quite a bit of crude humor. So if you really don't like that sort of stuff, then don't read it. Otherwise, go on ahead and enjoy.
